☀️Sun & Shade & Sun & Shade🌥️
The sun was coming in the window at a perfect time to catch the depth of this gorgeous copper! She wanted this rich copper, but also wanted low maintenance. Instead of just doing an all over color where you would visibly be able to see her roots, we did a partial highlight with an intentionally warm lift that will allow the copper gloss to have that full range of depth.

Blow out created with Olivia Garden Jet HP blowdryer and the 1.25 Heat Pro XL roundbrush.
A return to more of your natural color doesn't just mean an all over color. To break up that line of demarcation, I used a ton of lowlights pulled down halfway and sprinkled in just a few highlights in her root to make the transition seamless. We were aiming for an old money warm blonde with a bit of dimension, without a super highlighted look. Her grow out will now be super low maintenance 🩷

So why did I choose Wallflower Beauty Parlour as a salon home? It has a kind of peace that will allow for you to fully relax. You can let your brain turn off, sit and scroll, read a book, take a nap. Natural sunlight pours through the windows. All the plants and chill atmosphere make it feel like you are just sitting in a sunroom on a lazy afternoon. If getting your hair done is the only self-care you have on your schedule, you should be able to enjoy it fully and not feel rushed by a busy environment. If you need a "me day" I'd love to have you in my chair. 🌿
Tera Tyler is absolutely gorgeous and such a sweetheart 💕 next time she comes in we are going full tiktok appointment because she's so good with her tik tok transitions!
We did a blend of all inspos by lightening up her blonde and having everything in between be a copper that is a similar level to her natural so that she would still have a lower maintenance grow out!

The goal of the cut? Maintain length, feel full, bouncy layers, a versatile french bang.
I started with a clarifying shampoo and a nourishing conditioner from ARETÉ Professional. I prepped the hair for the cut with Areté as well. She was my first haircut with my new Fancy Hairdressers shears, and I'm in love! The 6" swivel is perfect for carving out defined layers, wet and dry. After rough drying, I used some Color Wow and my Olivia Garden Jet HP and round brushes for the blowout.
