To all my clients who have canceled more than three times, you will now have to pay 50% of your payment before you can reschedule an appointment. If you're a new client, you will also have to pay 40% before I can schedule you. Some hairdressers I work with already do this; I am going to do it as well. I am very affordable, so hopefully, I will not lose any clients. I just thought of something too, if I have to reschedule you I'll give you 25% off. ❤️
