Does anyone suffer from GAD (generalized anxiety disorder)? Studies show having atleast 2 massages a week for 6 weeks could help reduce alot of those symptoms.
I just received my certification to help with anxiety.
This is very dear and close to my heart as to someone I love dearly suffers from anxiety.
