Dear Oasis Family,

With heavy hearts, we need to let you know that Oasis Spa Northwest will close its doors at the end of today, Tuesday, August 4.

Over the years, there have been so many moments when we honestly didn't know how we would keep going, and every single time God made a way. Time after time, He provided exactly what we needed, often at the last possible moment. Because of that, we truly believed He would do it again. While we don't understand why this chapter is ending today, we do know that His faithfulness hasn't changed, even if His plans look different than ours.

When we opened Oasis, our dream was never just to build a spa. We wanted to create a place where people could breathe, find peace, be cared for, and leave feeling a little lighter than when they came in. Looking back, we are overwhelmed with gratitude because God allowed that dream to become a reality. We have watched friendships grow, tears be wiped away, prayers answered, and countless people find a little refuge from the weight of everyday life.

After exhausting every option and every resource available to us, we have reached the point where we simply can no longer continue normal spa operations. That reality is heartbreaking, but we believe this is not the end of the story. We are praying that, if it is God's will, He will one day allow Oasis Spa to return-stronger, healthier, and able to serve our community once again. We would be incredibly grateful if you would pray with us for wisdom, provision, and clear direction for whatever comes next.

This isn't goodbye just yet. Our hope is to keep the spa open through at least August 19, from 10am to 5pm Monday through Saturday, and it will be operated by our family alongside an incredible team of volunteers. This will give everyone an opportunity to redeem gift certificates or simply enjoy one last spa day with us.

As of today, all existing reservations will be honored through August 19, including massage and facial appointments. If your appointment is scheduled beyond our final days or outside of the hours we'll be open, a member of our team will be reaching out personally to help reschedule you before we close.

For everyone who entered our giveaway, we'll be drawing our lucky winner immediately, so they have plenty of time to enjoy their spa passes before the 19th.

As one final way to bless our community, guests who are not redeeming gift certificates will be welcome to enjoy the spa on a donation basis instead of paying the normal set price. Every donation will go toward blessing the amazing staff who have poured their hearts into serving this community and helping us meet the remaining expenses that come with closing. We will be setting up new reservation slots to prioritize those with gift certificates, so if you don’t have a gift certificate please give us a call or stop by to see if we have availability to accommodate a walk-in guest.

We would love to see you. Come relax one last time. Redeem your gift certificate, or give it to someone who could use a spa day. Share a memory. Give someone a hug. Pray with us if you feel led. Help us celebrate what God has done here, even as we grieve that this season is ending.
