How do you know if a shoe is the right size?➡️

One of the easiest ways is to remove the insole from the shoe and stand on it.

There should be about 5–10 mm of space between your longest toe and the end of the insole. Your foot should also fit within the width of the insole without extending beyond the edges.

If the insole is too short or too narrow for your foot, the shoe may place excessive pressure on your toes and nails. Over time, this can contribute to corns, calluses, discomfort, toe deformities, and changes in the nail plate.

Один из самых простых способов - вынуть стельку из обуви и поставить на неё стопу.

Между самым длинным пальцем и краем стельки должно оставаться примерно 5–10 мм свободного пространства. При этом стопа не должна выходить за пределы стельки по ширине.

Если стелька короче или уже вашей стопы, обувь может создавать избыточное давление на пальцы и ногти. Со временем это может способствовать появлению мозолей, натоптышей, дискомфорта, деформации пальцев и изменениям ногтевых пластин.
