ready to move on…

That’s one of the reasons I love working with Emotion Code!
The idea is simple: emotional experiences can leave behind what we call Trapped Emotions—emotional energy that your body hasn’t fully cleared.
You don’t even have to remember the event.
You don’t have to sit there and tell me your entire life story.
You don’t have to dig through every painful memory.
You don’t have to convince yourself that something “should” still bother you.
I use a pendulum, and we ask questions and narrow things down to identify the specific emotion that may be present. Then we release it and check to confirm that it’s cleared. Trapped Emotions are addressed individually rather than treating your emotional history like one giant tangled ball of yarn.
And this is why Emotion Code can be interesting for people who have already done a LOT of talking, thinking, journaling, processing, analyzing, therapy, meditating…
…and are still thinking:
“Okay, but why do I STILL feel this way?”
Maybe there’s something else worth looking at.
That doesn’t mean every physical or emotional symptom is caused by a Trapped Emotion. It means we can get curious about the possibility instead of automatically assuming we already know the whole story.

Emotion Code changed the direction of my life.
After the first session I felt myself smile - genuinely smile, for the first time in quite a while.
