A reliable sunscreen product protects your skin against two forms of ultraviolet radiation found in sunlight — UVA and UVB light. Here are some important tips to remember:
•Choose a broad spectrum sunscreen between 30-50. Anything higher will have more chemicals and totally not necessary to get the protection you need.
•Reapply every couple of hours for effectiveness
•Makeup with SPF alone is not enough. Double it up with a sunscreen first then the makeup with SPF
