Made a huge batch of the ranch seasoning for baked cheddar ranch cauliflower. I added some broccoli as well. This seasoning is so good I wanted to have a huge amount of it so I can put it on anything! It's from Carolyn Ketchum's book "Easy Keto Dinners".

Sharing my love of this cookbook with my daughter! I love the book so much I buy extra copies and give them to family and friends! has written three cookbooks and they are all my favorites! Super simple recipes, and delicious too! Tasha is just the sweetest and she has been there for me since the early days 8 years ago!!! 😍

Keto Flounder Francese made with almond flour . Sooooo good! They are standing out from the crowd with all of their gluten free options! What a treat to be able to order almost anything off the menu at an Italian restaurant!

I made some chaffles with cream cheese and topped it with everything but the bagel seasoning because I really miss an occasional bagel! I have not had a real bagel in over eight years! So good!

Keto fried calamari at a restaurant?! A new restaurant opened in my town and they make so many keto Italian things! Chicken Parmesan, flounder Francese, shrimp Parmesan, veal Parmesan. This was made using almond flour instead of white flour. The sauce was absolutely divine! was fantastic! They've only been open two weeks, but they are one of my new favorite restaurants.

Following Brenda Bennett's 30 day sugar elimination plan. I've been keto for eight years but I really wanted to give this plan a try. The recipes are awesome! This is tuna salad on chaffles. There are so many great recipes in this book. I love that each week has a meal plan with pictures and page numbers to follow along very easily!

Tasha's book came out today! I was lucky enough to get an advance copy and I ordered another because I loved it! I have at least two copies of each of her three books.
