On January 31, 1896, The Manassas National Bank opened its doors and would go on to play an important role in the city’s financial and civic growth. Its first location was at 9406 North Main Street—the site of the original Manassas Museum building and today’s Doug's Deli & Taproom —where it operated from 1896 to 1912.

In 1912, the bank moved to the corner of Main and Center Street, operating there until 1956. That location is now home to the Old Towne Man Cave. The photograph featured in our exhibit captures the bank during its time at this second location.

Se fundó el Manassas National Bank, que llegaría a desempeñar un papel importante en el crecimiento financiero y cívico de la ciudad.
