✨ Meet Chelsea ✨

If you haven’t had the chance to get to know Chelsea yet, we absolutely adore her — and we know you will too. 🤍

Chelsea has been barbering for 12 years, and her love for the craft runs deep. Growing up, her grandfather owned his own barbershop in Concord, and some of her earliest memories are of watching people come in not just for a haircut, but to catch up, connect, and enjoy being there. That sense of community stayed with her and ultimately inspired her to follow in his footsteps.

She loves the detail and precision behind barbering and is always looking for ways to keep learning and perfecting her craft. From short cuts and longer styles to shaves, she genuinely loves it all — but even more than that, she loves getting to know the people in her chair.

Outside of the salon, Chelsea is all about her family. She spends as much time as she can with her two boys and their dog, Loki (aka the third child 🐾). You’ll usually find them at the lake, boating, playing in the water, or soaking up whatever season New England has to offer.

We’re so lucky to have Chelsea as part of our salon family, and we absolutely love having her behind the chair. 🤍

A fun-loving mom of two with a big heart for helping people look and feel their best. 💕

For Michelle, being behind the chair is about so much more than hair. She loves those moments when someone comes in feeling a little beaten down by life, and leaves her chair feeling lighter, happier, more confident, and a little more like themselves again. ✨

When she’s not behind the chair, you’ll find her spending time with her family, loving on her cats, connecting with people, or out on the pickleball court! 🐱🏓

We’re so lucky to have Michelle as part of our salon family and to have the warmth, energy, and care she brings to everyone who sits in her chair.

Hey guys!! As many of you know — or for those of you who don’t — M And Co has been going through a little growth spurt lately 🤍

We’ve got so many exciting things in store, and we seriously cannot wait to share them all with you. Taking a moment to reflect, we just feel incredibly proud of where we are right now. Our salon is filled with so much joy, creativity, laughter, support, and the most amazing team we could ever ask for. Watching this space — and our salon family — continue to grow has been so special.

We’re still a work in progress over here 👷🏼‍♀️✨ but we cannot WAIT to show you the final look soon!!
