A little planning can make a big difference.
Before Botox® or filler, avoiding alcohol, intense workouts, and certain supplements may help reduce bruising and swelling. And if you have a big event coming up, don’t leave your appointment until the last minute.
Because results need time, too:
✨ Botox® usually starts working within 3–5 days, with full results around 10–14 days.
✨ Hyaluronic acid filler gives immediate improvement, but swelling can take 1–2 weeks to fully settle.
So if you have a wedding, vacation, birthday, or big night coming up - plan backwards from the date, not forwards from the appointment.
