Cancer, diabetes type 2, heart disease, stroke, obesity etc can be treated with only two techniques.

We are not talking about drugs or insulin or not even chemotherapy.

It's called low carbohydrate diet and fasting. Meaning to say, you eat of foods that contain protein and fat but less carbohydrates, of course health fats.

Carbohydrates tend to make you want to eat more because they trigger the release of the hunger hormone known as ghrelin just few hours after eating.

Proteins and fats however stimulate the release of a hormone called leptin which encourages you to feel full for a longer period of time. Therefore making it easier for you to increase the time restricted feeding window. This allows you to shift from burning carbs to burning fat, a state known as ketosis. In this state your body uses ketones from fats to provide you with energy.

If you have if are obese, you can even lose weight because fat is burned in this mode of ketosis. You can't get around it or fail to burn fat.

How can you beat diabetes and cancer using fasting and lower carb diet?

First and foremost, cancerous cells do not feed on ketones, they feed on glucose. So if you deny them glucose for too long a period, they shall starve and die in the long run. Meanwhile, your own cells can still survive for longer because they are able to use ketones.

Additionally, your body tends to reboot itself by boosting the immune system, increase more stem cells and enhancement of growth hormone production. Hence putting you at an advantage the next time you eat.

Furthermore, your insulin level in the body goes down due to eating low carb diet and fasting. However, it's possible sometimes for glucose to rise especially in the morning even if you are in ketosis due to cortisol released releasing it from cells via the process they gluconeogenesis. Meaning that glucose is coming from sources other that carbohydrates. This rise of glucose doesn't take long however.

If you want to do intermittent fasting, start first by changing your diet to a low carb diet. When you get used to it, then introduce yourself to fasting. You can start slow by eliminating snacking first, then remove some meals until you can start eating once a day. It quite easier that way, but I am not saying it's easy. Remember, you are doing it for your health, not for fun.
