In this video, I’m showing you the difference between a needle and a cannula—and what that can mean for your experience.
A needle involves individual pokes for targeted filler placement. A cannula is a blunt-tipped tool that works through a small opening made with a needle, so it can mean fewer pokes. You may still feel pressure or movement, and swelling and bruising are possible with either.
The approach I choose depends on your lips and your goals. Your comfort matters throughout—we’ll talk through what to expect, take our time, and pause when you need to. 🤍
