HMH Wellness Center

We want you to come join our team!!

Simply the truth!

You don’t have to wait until you’re overwhelmed, in pain, or completely burned out to take care of yourself.

Massage doesn’t have to be something you “earn” after doing enough, working enough, or pushing through enough.

It can be part of how you support your body before it reaches empty.

Consider this your reminder: care counts, even when you’re not at your breaking point.

Share this with a client who needs the reminder.

Happy 4th of July! Have a blessed Holiday from all of us at HMH!!

Please stay hydrated this week!!!

As we charge into a sweltering week ahead, here's your annual reminder of some signs to look for when it comes to heat exhaustion/stroke. REMINDER: Not all of these symptoms have to be present for either category (and often aren't). Every body is different... listen to what yours is trying to tell you!

We are looking for an additional Therapist!!

Your cells are always working—give them the recharge they deserve. ✨
Infrared therapy delivers long wavelengths of light that pe*****te deep below the surface, supporting your mitochondria—the tiny powerhouses responsible for producing energy in your body. By helping them work more efficiently, you can enhance energy, recovery, and overall cellular vitality from the inside out.
Only Sunlighten delivers all four wavelengths independently at the highest quality and quantity, so you can fine-tune every session to meet your body where it’s at—and feel restored, recharged, and performing at your best.

Beautiful flowers from a wonderful client!! Thank you!
