One thing I really love about this field is that I’m always learning. The more I learn about the body, movement, stress, pain patterns, and recovery, the more it helps me help my clients.
I also really enjoy educating clients during sessions too. I’m a big believer in home care and giving people simple tools and stretching techniques they can use at home to help them feel their best between massages and improve the longevity of the work we do on the table.
I genuinely love what I do, and I love continuing to grow in it.

One thing I’ve really learned through massage is that the body and mind are way more connected than people realize.
When people are stressed, overwhelmed, or running nonstop, I can usually feel it in the muscles almost immediately.
That’s one of the reasons I love massage so much. Helping people relax and feel better is never ONLY about muscles.

These ladies!!!!! Gosh, I am so blessed to have them in my life. I feel so grateful for all the time I get to spend with them. And who doesn’t love a good massage an also laughter!!!!!! Truly, they are a gift in my life. And a blessing in so many ways. 🥹♥️

Today started as a stretching demo between three massage therapists from the Tranquil Rose collective… and somehow turned into one of those moments that reminds me why community matters so much 🌿

There’s something really special about being surrounded by people who are passionate about learning, growing, healing, and genuinely supporting one another.

Also… if you’ve ever wondered what three massage therapists discuss during a demo, the answer is apparently:
✨ body mechanics
✨ nervous system regulation
✨ fascia
…and how wet peanut butter apparently smells like a sweaty dog foot.

But honestly, this is one of my favorite parts of creating Tranquil Rose Wellness Studios — building a space where practitioners can collaborate, laugh until they cry, continue learning, and make wellness feel human instead of clinical.

Healing spaces should still have joy in them too 🤍
