He has done it again!!!

Our anniversary tradition continues! Mar was the first client May 31, 2023 at 9am on our first day open. Then May 31, 2024 at 9am on the first anniversary. AND again today, May 31, 2025 at 9am!

Happy Anniversary to Outer Fades. Today we started the day with a great person, Mar. They were the first client May 31, 2023 at 9am. Today, May 31, 2024 at 9am, Mar was back in the chair as the first customer of the day.

We are happy to announce, on his birthday, Shay Rylan is employee of the month for April!!

Sorry for the delay. It was a close call on this one…we had to really contemplate and weigh all the options. But congratulations to Shay Rylan for February’s Employee of the Month.

We seriously owe everything to you.

Even though we’ve only been open for 6 months, we wanted to start our annual “Employee of the Year.” With hard work and dedication we can truly say we would not be here without, Shay Rylan. From marketing, managing, sanitation, customer service, social medias…like literally all of the positions, Shay has been the most valuable employee. Here he is with the owner(Shay Rylan) accepting our first “Employee of the Year.” Congratulations and thank you for all of your hard work.

The wait is over…December’s Employee of the Month is…Shay Rylan!!! We are behind on our post due to waiting on the installement of our Employee of the Month Reserved Parking sign!!! Right in front of the window to Outer Fades!
