Let’s talk scalp health. I know, we’re always yapping about scalp care, but that’s because it’s important!
Yes—there’s lots of reasons why you might not be happy with your hair. But it starts with the scalp. A strong foundation builds a strong home.
So if you’re struggling with your hair—whether that be with growth, oiliness, flakiness—start with the scalp. Double cleanse when washing. Use an exfoliating cleanser once or twice a week depending on concern. Then, moisturize and hydrate! You can’t forget this step. Just like your skin, you have to keep hydrated.
