Laser hair removal permanently reduces hair by targeting and destroying the hair follicle during its active growth phase. Once a follicle is successfully treated, that hair is gone for good.

So why do some people need touch-ups?

✨ Hormonal changes (pregnancy, menopause, PCOS, thyroid changes, certain medications, etc.) can activate new hair follicles that weren’t active during your original treatment series. That doesn’t mean the treatment failed—it means your body created new hair growth over time.
