Change is always hard but sometimes it is just what we need to grow and challenge ourselves. These two girls mean the world to me. I can believe they have been gone from the salon for just over a month. I’m so proud of both of them for striving to push themselves. It has taken me a minute to sit down and write down words and share with everyone the changes that have been going on.

and have ventured out on their own into a shared suite. I will still send guests their way and will still work with them for weddings.

As a salon owner it is never easy to have your stylists leave but for me in this moment it was what I needed to feel ok making a change. I was so terrified to disappoint my team when they needed the change also. I’m so thankful to Dani and Kayla because I have grown so much with each of them. We have learned together and I know we will continue to grow and support each other in the future.
