Idaho Pain & Adhesion Therapy
Adhesion Specialist helping people overcome chronic pain and restricted movement when other treatments haven’t worked.
Your low back pain might not actually be coming from your spine.
Many people are told it's a disc problem, tight muscles, or "compression." So they stretch, crack their back, strengthen their core, and treat the painful area over and over.
But what if the real issue is a restricted femoral nerve where it passes through the psoas muscle?
When this nerve can't glide normally, it may contribute to:
• Chronic low back pain
• Deep hip tightness
• Hip flexors that never seem to loosen up
• Pain with standing, walking, or getting up from a chair
If you only treat the muscles or the spine, you may miss what's actually keeping the problem going.
At Idaho Pain & Adhesion Therapy, we evaluate areas where the femoral nerve may be restricted by adhesions. By restoring normal tissue movement around the nerve, we aim to reduce mechanical irritation and help the body move the way it was designed to.
That's why many of our clients begin moving more comfortably after months—or even years—of persistent pain.

Receiving messages like this never gets old.
"I came to Autumn with intermittent abdominal pain as a result of a hysterectomy. With just one session, Autumn was able to alleviate my pain. Thank you so much!!!"
Every person and every body is different. While not everyone experiences relief this quickly, it's always encouraging to see what's possible when pain is addressed from the right perspective.
If you've been living with pain for 6+ months that hasn't responded to traditional treatments, and you’ve tried 2-3 other providers, let's talk.
You may be a candidate for Adhesion Release Method treatment.

Can your big toe bend 90°?
Most people never think about their big toe... until something else starts hurting.
Your big toe should extend about 90° when you walk or run. If it doesn't, your body has to compensate.
That can contribute to:
• Foot pain
• Plantar fasciitis
• Achilles tightness
• Knee pain
• Hip pain
• Low back pain
One overlooked cause is adhesion involving the FHL Tendon—the muscle that curls your big toe and can limit its ability to extend.
This is especially common in runners and active adults, but anyone can develop restrictions over time.
At Idaho Pain & Adhesion Therapy, we evaluate movement restrictions that may be contributing to chronic pain—not just where it hurts, but why.

Your foot pain and numbness might not actually be coming from your foot.
You've stretched it.
You've iced it.
You've bought the inserts.
But the symptoms keep coming back.
The problem could be a restricted common peroneal nerve.
This nerve wraps around the outside of the knee before traveling into the foot. When it becomes restricted, it may contribute to:
👉 Numbness or tingling in the foot
👉 Pain along the outside of the lower leg
👉 Weakness or instability when walking
👉 Pins and needles that won't go away
If you only treat the foot, you may miss the real source of the problem.
Pain for more than 6 months? Tried multiple providers?
It may be time to evaluate the nerve—not just where it hurts.

🤔 What if the nerve causing your pain was never examined?
You've tried the adjustments.
You've done the exercises.
You've stretched.
Maybe you've even completed physical therapy.
Yet your neck pain—or the pain, tingling, or numbness down your arm—keeps coming back.
In some cases, the issue isn't just the muscles or the joints. A cervical nerve may not be moving freely because it's restricted by adhesion.
When a nerve can't slide and glide normally, surrounding tissues can become overloaded, contributing to:
✔️ Neck pain
✔️ Pain into the shoulder or arm
✔️ Tingling or numbness
✔️ Weakness
✔️ Limited range of motion
At Idaho Pain & Adhesion Therapy, we evaluate for restrictions that are often overlooked and use a targeted approach to help restore normal tissue movement.

Shoulder pain when lifting your arm overhead?
It might not just be your rotator cuff.
The long thoracic nerve helps stabilize your shoulder blade. When the tissues around this nerve become restricted by adhesions, it may contribute to:
👉🏻• Shoulder pain
👉🏻• Difficulty reaching overhead
👉🏻• Shoulder blade weakness or fatigue

Do you have constant shoulder pain and tightness?
Chronically tight traps that never seem to loosen up?
It might not just be "tight muscles."
In some cases, the spinal accessory nerve can become restricted by adhesion in the neck and shoulder region, creating ongoing irritation to the upper trapezius and surrounding tissues.
Do you suffer from:• Chronic tightness between the shoulder blades• Stubborn "knots" in the traps• Heaviness or soreness in the upper back• Tension that keeps coming back no matter what you do• Pain with carrying, lifting, or overhead activity• Temporary relief from massage, stretching, or chiropractic care, only for symptoms to return
When a nerve is irritated or restricted, the muscles it communicates with can remain in a cycle of guarding, tension, and discomfort.
If you've tried everything and your symptoms keep returning, comment “pain” to schedule your comprehensive evaluation.
The body often has a reason for staying tight. Finding the source is the first step toward lasting relief.
