We live in a world where almost everything becomes content — and I understand why. Social media is an incredible way for small businesses to grow, connect, and show people what we do.

But at Honey & Oats Therapeutics, I've made a conscious decision about what I want your time with me to feel like.

When you enter my treatment room, you are the priority — not the potential client watching from a screen.

Honey & Oats was created around experience, relaxation, nervous system regulation, and giving you a place to step away from the constant demands of everyday life. I want you to be able to fully settle in without wondering whether a phone is recording, whether a photo needs to be taken, or whether we need to pause a beautiful moment so I can capture it for social media.

So while you'll see glimpses of my space, preparations, products, education, and the little details that go into creating your experience, you probably won't see a constant stream of clients being filmed during their appointments.

That's intentional.

Once your treatment begins, my phone goes on Do Not Disturb. It plays our music, and my attention stays where it belongs: with the person in front of me.

If you're a content creator — or simply someone who loves documenting your experiences — you're absolutely welcome to bring your phone and capture your own visit. I'm happy for you to share your experience in whatever way feels right to you.

But you'll never be expected to become part of my marketing in order to receive care here.

There is nothing wrong with businesses that choose to create treatment content. This is simply how I've chosen to create mine.

Come in. Put the phone down. Exhale.

We started moving in!

I want to thank everyone for following my journey. I know it's taken longer than expected, I assure you that we are working tirelessly to get it completed. I could not have done this without all.the help, love, and support from those around me.

I can't wait to open my books! I will keep you all updated and promise it'll be worth the wait!

It's getting so close now! All we have left is painting that back wall once the primer is dried and putting up a few shelves then it's time to move in!

From paint samples on the wall to custom slat walls and real transformation… this space is finally starting to feel like home.

The hardest part honestly feels behind us now, and I’m so excited to be getting closer to opening.

Today I officially signed the lease for Honey & Oats Therapeutics. 🤍

After a long season of rebuilding, learning, healing, planning, and dreaming, this little set of keys means more to me than I can put into words.

Honey & Oats was created from my love for restorative care — a space centered around slowing down, nervous system support, intentional touch, skin health, and creating an experience where people feel genuinely cared for.

There is still so much work to do, but today felt like a huge milestone. I’m incredibly grateful for everyone who has supported, encouraged, believed in me, and followed along during this journey.

A special thank you to Studio 48 for welcoming me into such a beautiful space. I’m so excited to grow alongside all of you. ✨

Searching for a small office/wellness space in the Mesa/Gilbert area for Honey & Oats Therapeutics 🤍

Ideally looking for: • 2 treatment rooms (or space for 2 rooms) OR a room at minimum 10x12 • Sink access in-room or very close by • Small lobby/waiting area • Existing bathroom access • Laundry or washer/dryer hookups • Around $1400/month or less • Flexible lease preferred • Professional/wellness-friendly environment

I’d ideally love 2 private rooms, but I’m also open to sharing a larger space with my co-worker, a licensed sugaring/wax specialist, for the right setup and accommodations.

Open to: • Wellness suites • Office space • Shared commercial space • Chiropractor/wellness office sublease • Small retail office space

After taking time away to focus on family, healing, and growth, I’m so excited to slowly begin reopening and stepping back into the work I love.

My approach has always centered around intentional, restorative care — combining therapeutic bodywork with a calm, supportive environment designed to help clients truly reset and reconnect.

As I return, services will include integrative massage, restorative therapeutic care, facials, cupping therapy, and continued education in modalities that support long-term wellness and recovery.
