My Kids Summer Yoga Camp is around the corner

Did you know Mala beads are used to count breaths and set intentions? We’re putting a patriotic spin on this ancient mindfulness tool at Camp with red, white & blue bead necklaces! Teaching children to slow down and be MINDFUL. Your little ones will leave camp with a practice, a keepsake and a new coping skill. ❤️🤍💙

Teaching kids yoga is about so much more than movement. I teach children simple breathing and coping skills that help them manage big emotions, reduce stress, and build confidence. When kids learn to feel comfortable in their own skin, they develop resilience, self-awareness, and tools they can carry with them for life.
