Two questions everyone asks before XERF. Does it hurt? Does it actually work? We let Clara answer both...
Clara is three sessions into her XERF journey at DRIP, she volunteered to be on camera while doing her treatment to answer what everyone considering XERF wants to know. Her honesty says more than any before and after.

How many XERF sessions does it take to see results?

Does Botox hurt?
Most patients describe it as a quick pinch. The needles used for neuromodulators are very fine, treatment usually takes between 30-45 minutes, and topical numbing can be used for comfort when appropriate (for men 😂)
Will I look frozen?
Not when it is dosed and placed correctly. Looking frozen is a dosing and placement outcome. The goal is to soften the muscle activity creating the line while preserving your natural expression. For those patients that desire the frozen look, we can make that happen as well.
How long does Botox last?
For most patients, results commonly last around three to four months, though this varies based on the area treated, muscle strength, metabolism, and product selected. Daxxify may be considered when longer lasting results are the goal.
How soon will I see results?
Neuromodulators are not immediate. Most patients begin noticing softening within a few days, with full results developing over roughly two weeks.
Are Botox, Dysport, Daxxify, and Jeuveau the same?
No they are not. All four are neuromodulators, but they can differ in onset speed, how they spread through tissue, how long they last, and how movement feels afterward. Matching the product to the patient is part of the treatment plan. Every plan starts with a personalized consultation.
