1. Skipping morning face wash
2. Microneedling at home
3. Reducing caffeine and alcohol consumption to minimal
4. Prioritizing early sleep
5. No processed foods esp sugar
6. Natural, fragrance-free skin care only
7. No scrubs or any peels while healing
8. Doubled probiotic intake
9. Tripled fermented food intake
