Yaaaasss we are using those cold stones again! They provide multiple benefits believe it or not. No one wants to believe it but they so do! Anxiety, stress, depression, tension, headaches. It is a must try

I am always intentional with my work. I don't just place cups everywhere to be placing them. I put them in the areas I find the most tension so the client is sure to feel a difference when they get up from the table☺️

We’re here to give you the quality massage and care you deserve. Book your next massage with us!

Cupping with movement has become one of my favorite techniques to apply. This really helps to break up that fascia tissue and relieve the area of stagnant energy that can build up. The tissue becomes a lot softer and the client feels amazing 👏🏾 🤩

Deep tissue work requires patience and time. You cannot rush through the process. The most important thing is to listen to the client's body. The muscle and fascia tissue always talks to us to let us know what techniques work the best. Hopefully your massage therapist is intuitive and knows how to listen😉😊.

This work will not only help relieve the shoulder and upper back discomfort but it will also help relieve neck tension. We're multitasking 😀

Basic Swedish gliding technique on the back. Swedish massage is great for enhancing relaxation and decreasing stress and anxiety for the body

This is one of my favorite stretches to do on my clients with low back pain and glute tension. After a few breaths I am usually able to get them even deeper into the stretch for a nice release
