I love that you’re open to using extensions with thin hair, it will help a ton! Lots of my part brides have had luck on Amazon, just make sure you’re searching for real human hair extensions so they can be used with hot tools. You can find regular clip ins, halos, etc - make sure you’re getting the right type you’ll need for your style! 💕

✨PRO TIP - make sure to look through the window of the packaging to ensure they match your hair. Once you open hair extensions, they can’t be returned due to sanitary reasons.

5 things worth the money: wedding hair edition! 💍💇🏼‍♀️

1. Hair trial preview - I cannot stress how important trial previews are! This is where you see what does and does not work with your desired hair look, get to know your artists and their vibes to ensure a good time for all, and it vastly reduces stress on your actual wedding day.

2. Hair care products - during your hair trial preview, your stylist may suggest things to help if your hair is dry or frizzy, has a lot of dead ends, etc - using any product recommendations they may make helps improve your hair’s texture for your wedding day, which in turn makes your entire look look more visually appealing and last longer.

3. Hair piece - while not required, my personal opinion is that a hair piece helps elevate your look, especially as the main character of the event! This can help tie together the whole look if done right.

4. Button down shirt - think buttons, zippers, robe ties - anything you can think of that does not have to go over your head to be put on or off. This will help your best friend on your wedding day, because you won’t have to worry about any unwanted frizz or hair coming loose when you get changed into your gown or suit.

5. Trim - most people can benefit from at least a trim roughly a month before your wedding. This helps get any dead ends off and makes your hair look more put together once it’s done - just touch base with your personal stylist during your trial to see if you’ll need to take more off.

5 things with the money: wedding makeup edition! 💍💋

1. Makeup trial preview - alwayyyys prioritize giving your desired makeup look a go before your big day! This helps work out anything you do or don’t like, align energies with your stylist so it’s a great time for everyone involved, and equates to much less stress on the actual day.

2. Facials - give your skin an extra boost of hydration! A professional facial is great to do about a week ahead of your wedding - just make sure you’ve done a trial for this earlier as well to ensure you like the results and it doesn’t react unkindly to your skin.

3. Waxing - cleaning up your brows and other facial hair elevates your look! Say it with me now…trial this too!!

4. Skincare products - talk to your makeup artist during your trial preview to ensure you’re using the best skincare products for you leading up to your big day. Skincare is cumulative - meaning it works better over time, not just after one use. If your skin is dry, one night mask isn’t going to make it dramatically different, but a solid routine for 3 months will, which in turn makes your makeup sit sooooo much better! Take any recommendations seriously and you will love the results come your wedding day!!

5. Lipstick touch up - if your makeup artist doesn’t already include a touch up kit in your services (we do! 🥰), make sure you’re purchasing the lip color you loved at your trial preview ahead of your wedding day so you can reapply it after all the kissing, eating, and dancing you’ll be doing.
