Freeze Reframe

That tight shoulder isn’t always just a “tight muscle.”
Sometimes the body needs the right combination of treatment and movement to help release tension and restore mobility.

If your shoulder feels stiff reaching overhead, behind your back, or when you wake up, don’t ignore it.

The Reframe experience from my client’s perspective. 💙

There’s something different about hearing the experience directly from the person on the table. I’m grateful she took the time to document her session and share how she felt throughout the process.

Thank you for trusting me with your recovery and allowing me to share your experience.

This is what Reframing recovery looks like.

If you’ve been dealing with pain, stiffness, or tension and you’re wondering where to start, comment REFRAME.

Still stretching the same spot every day… but it keeps getting tight?

Maybe the question isn’t “How much should I stretch?”

Maybe it’s “Why does this area keep asking for attention?”

Reframe the way you recover. 🧊

Just sharing where I’m at right now. It hasn’t been easy, but I’m still moving forward.

Grateful for the opportunity to serve others

Just getting started. There’s more than one way to think about pain and recovery.

Trying something a little different with Freeze Reframe.

No script. No pressure. Just real experiences from real people.

That shoulder been tight for too long? 👀
Still foam rolling huh 🤔
Let’s do something different. This isn’t traditional massage.
