Jet lag got me like....
Wide awake at 4:30 am, still on London time here on the West Coast. What's a Purasana mama to do? Take a bath. With magnesium flakes.

It's 7 am on Sunday morning and my 5 year old is still asleep. So I quietly draw up a bath, light some candles and throw in some bath salts.
Self care. Make time for it. I don't need a special occasion or a stressful event to remind myself that I need this. It should be built into my week...or weekend. So, this Purasana mama is getting some self care in before the day starts 🌅🕯

Buenos dÃas, mundo. The mineral pool is a few degrees hotter than usual this morning and this Purasana mama is here for it! Another stop on my list of happy places...and a great time catching up with a very good friend. Bountiful belly laughs with a few peaceful and relaxing moments in between. It doesn't get any better than this.

It's been a rough start to 2023 with all the storms and flooding here in California, but we were lucky enough to steal away for brief island family retreat. Keeping the aloha going, and grateful to have captured moments like these.
