Teeth Whitening Aftercare.
After you have a teeth whitening treatment, you need to do an all white diet for 24 hours
.
White foods.
Chicken, white fish, banana, cottage cheese, alfredo, white pasta, potatoes with no skins, rice (no color sauce)
Dont eat foods that would stain.
Red pasta sauce, red meats, color fruits or veggies, red wine, coffee, tea.
The teeth are poris. Dont restain your teeth.
