🤍 A LITTLE UPDATE FROM AMBERLY’S NAIL BAR 🤍

My heart is absolutely broken for our little town and the devastation left behind by this hurricane. Seeing so many families, friends, and neighbors facing damage to their homes, loss of basic necessities, and so much uncertainty is truly heartbreaking.

While my family and I are incredibly grateful to be safe, both our home and the salon are currently without electricity and running water, with no confirmed timeline for restoration.

After much consideration, I’ve made the difficult decision to keep Amberly’s Nail Bar closed for the week of October 12–16.

I have personally reached out to all clients scheduled for this upcoming week regarding their appointments. At this time, I will not be rescheduling appointments until we have a better understanding of when utilities will be restored and it is safe to reopen.

To my clients, please know that your safety, your families, and your homes come first. 🤍 The last thing I want anyone worrying about during a time like this is a nail appointment. If you need to postpone any future appointments due to the circumstances, I completely understand.

Once we are able to reopen, our operating hours may be temporarily adjusted to accommodate the town’s curfew and ongoing recovery efforts.

With extremely limited cell service and internet access, communication may be slower than usual. I promise to keep everyone updated as I’m able!

As a small-business owner, navigating something like this is incredibly difficult, but some things are so much more important than business right now. Our community needs time to recover, and I want to give everyone, including myself, the grace to do just that.

Please continue to pray for our community, the families who have lost so much, our first responders, and the linemen working tirelessly to restore what so many of us have lost.

Thank you for your endless love, patience, and support. I am so grateful for each and every one of you.

Our little town is hurting, but we are strong, and we will get through this together. 🤍

Dear Clients,

Due to the approaching hurricane and out of an abundance of caution, The Studio Look Good Feel Good will be closed through Sunday, October 11th, with plans to reopen Monday, October 12th.

The safety of our clients, staff, and families is our top priority!

Please understand that our operating hours for next week will depend on the outcome of the storm, including potential damage, power outages, road conditions, and the overall safety of our community.

In the event of power outages, limited cell service, or internet disruptions, we may be unable to respond to messages, access our booking systems, or provide immediate updates.

For clients with upcoming appointments:

● Please plan to keep your appointments as scheduled unless notified otherwise.
● If appointments need to be canceled or rescheduled, we will reach out as soon as communication is restored.
● If you are personally affected by the storm or unable to safely attend your appointment, please contact us when you are able.
● Any storm-related cancellations or rescheduling needs will be handled with understanding, and cancellation fees will be waived for appointments affected by the hurricane.

We kindly ask for your patience as we navigate any potential disruptions. We will do our best to provide updates through social media and direct communication as conditions allow.
