Glam Whip

GlamWhip is an outlet for me to share two huge passions of mine both make-up and healt n'fitness. Helping people look and feel their personal best and playing up their best features is something I thrive on. It started with my very talented mother who would do elaborate face painting and costume make-up on me for Halloween and continued on as I got ready for dance recitals and competitions. In 2004, I joined a Professional Cheer Team and have worked with them for the past 9 years. I learned so many tips and tricks that I have used ever since. Fitness was not always a passion of mine as a child. I would go as far as to say it was not as important to me until I was a member of my two time National Champion Dance Team in college. Strength, power and stamina were important. Staying healthy and on top of my game for school and my two jobs. I rarely got sick and I attributed this to taking vitamins, having good nutrition and working out. I have learned alot over the years and am excited to share it with all of you.
