Day 9 post op 2nd c section
I am 3lbs away from pre baby weight 💪🏽 really changed things for me this go round and I am so glad I continued to workout as long as I did
Trying to sing lullabies but you were raised on 90s country 🫶🏼
Last conditioning day at Tribe until I’m cleared to workout after my c section. I’m so sad but so proud I made it 37 weeks 💪🏽 incline walks the next 2 weeks
Week 36 and still at it but taking it a little easier with the HIIT 😅
