Pain isn’t always just a structural problem.
Stress, sleep quality, gut health, inflammation, and nervous system regulation all play a role in how we feel and how we heal. As a Rolfer, I believe lasting results come from looking at the whole person—not just the area that hurts.
Healing is complex, but that’s also what makes it powerful. The small choices we make every day add up.
