Oh! The feeling of validation. You know that feeling.
To be seen, heard, validated.
Me too!
Just imagine yourself meeting another woman for the first time.
You are in a zoom room together.
She is doing an intuitive reading about your greatness, your capabilities, your positive impact on the world.
And what she’s saying is valid!
You truly are being seen. By someone you’ve never met before!
That is the real magic of our Intuition Circles.
Validation is powerful for women.
And it’s different for women than men.
That’s primarily due to deeply ingrained societal, cultural, and gender-role socialisation.
Women are often conditioned to seek external validation regarding appearance, caretaking, and performance, while men are often socialized to seek internal validation or status-based recognition.
But what if we can turn this around?
Learn to value our internal validation over external opinions or approval.
This powerful shift fosters
emotional safety,
builds self-worth,
cultivates resilience,
and best of all — improves our mental health.
All by acknowledging and valuing what’s true for us.

Truth
I received a proposal!
Yes. Yesterday, I received a proposal!
The one I’ve been waiting for!
The marriage of my dreams.
The partner of my images.
The shining night in suns day.
Immediately, I began to make preparations for our ceremony and celebration.
I will shower my beloved with gifts of flowers, words, and kisses.
Making memories to overlay our minds eye.
Planting seeds to grow into lush fruits.
Smoothing sheets to lie our naked bodies upon.
Each moment brings clarity of what this marriage truly means.
A marriage of disclosure.
A marriage of vulnerability.
A marriage of feeling my deepest fears being seen by eyes that hold the power to part the seas.
Will I survive?
No.
I was never meant to.
I — the I that is my Identity; the part of me which runs from exposure, from pain, from love, from creation… is tired.
In my fatigue, I am willing.
Willing myself to give up.
To believe my own lies.
Turn my head into my pillow.
But this is no way to show up to a marriage.
Not this marriage.
This marriage that has come for ME.
Even in these words I feel the confusion that has haunted me for my lifetime.
Whispering lies into my ears.
My will awakens to this drone of non sense.
My will remembers what is taking place on this day… my marriage!
MY marriage to Truth.
“Truth?!” you say.
“Why, there is only one truth.”
“Truth is a perspective.”
“Truth has a ring to it.”
“The truth has legs. At the end of the day it’s the only thing left standing.”
Yes.
I said YES to my beloved.
My truth.
So in this relationship, my commitment of marriage to truth, I awaken each day and shower my beloved with kisses, flowers and words.
We build this relationship together.
For at the end of the day, we are the two legs left standing.

Have you ever noticed something?
The eye cannot see itself… without a mirror.
Long ago, tribal women didn’t use glass mirrors.
They saw themselves in the eyes of another woman.
And in that moment…
something sacred happened.
She saw her beauty.
Her strength.
Her soul reflected back to her.
Oh… when I imagine this, my heart swells.
Dear Sister,
This Spring Equinox, we are gathering to remember this ancient way of seeing.
Woman to woman.
Soul to soul.
Together we will reclaim what I call our Seven Sacred Powers — the inner knowing, voice, intuition, and presence that so many women have been taught to doubt.
And yet… we still feel it.
That quiet knowing inside.
The truth we sense before the mind tries to rationalize it away.
This circle is a place where that knowing is welcomed… and reflected back to you.
Your seat in the circle is being held for 9 more days.
If your soul feels the nudge, trust it.
Reserve your place.
Because the eye cannot see itself without a mirror.
And sometimes…

Session 5 — Integration & Practice, completed!
We are humans and we forget. We even forget about why we were SO excited about that idea. This is why this series is called Return to Knowing. To return us back to that which never left us… our inner knowing.
We clarified our vision, identified the ego, and today, we weave a RED Thread that connects us to our vision that connects us to our true nature and purpose.
This RED Thread is woven in the form of a vision board, a dream book, a 13 minute Choice practice, and more.
We acknowledge our ego with Grace. Thank it for informing us. We say yes, there is a one in a million chance that that awful thing will happen, and I’m going for my vision anyway.
This has been a wonderful start to 2026.
I’m really excited to connect to my vision of my next series of Our 7 Sacred Powers beginning on March 20.
