As a small business, every appointment time is reserved especially for you. When an appointment is canceled at the last minute or missed, it's often too late to fill that spot, which directly impacts my business and other clients who may have been waiting for an opening.

My cancellation policy is not meant to be a punitive—it's simply in place to protect the time and commitment that goes into serving each guest.
