Hey everyone! ✂️✨
We love getting to spend our days transforming your hair and catching up with you, but we wanted to share a quick friendly reminder about our scheduling and cancellation policy.
As a busy studio, our days are carefully planned back-to-back to give every single client the full, dedicated time and attention they deserve. When a last-minute cancellation or no-show happens, it unfortunately cuts into the time reserved for whoever is next and can throw off the flow of our entire day.
To help us keep things running smoothly and ensure everyone gets their proper appointment time.
We completely understand that unexpected life moments happen—we're all human! We just ask for a little heads-up so we can adjust our schedule and hopefully offer that spot to someone else waiting.
Thank you all so much for understanding, respecting our time, and helping us keep our chair running like clockwork! 🤍
Sometimes…I don’t listen to my own hairstylist advice 🫠
Don’t be like me! Taking care of your hair at home is just as important when leaving the salon. I’m always down to give you advice and product suggestions for you to have the healthiest hair
