We are so proud of Rayle Walley and the hard work, dedication, and determination she continues to pour into building a successful career in our industry.

While attending Premier Orlando, Rayle flew in a day early to complete an intensive hands-on certification course, and we are excited to announce that she is now an officially certified extension artist! 🎉👏

Before opening her books for extension appointments, Rayle is taking time to perfect her craft and ensure every guest receives the exceptional experience and results Southern Roots is known for. We believe in continuous education and doing things the right way, and she is committed to mastering every detail before launch.

We searched high and low, but we just couldn't find a cup of coffee that measured up to Grounded. While we had an amazing time learning, growing, and bringing back new ideas for Southern Roots, we definitely missed our daily coffee fix.

Premier Orlando was an incredible experience filled with education, inspiration, and opportunities to learn from some of the best in the industry. We are coming home with fresh ideas, new services, and an even bigger vision for the future of Southern Roots.

This weekend at Premier Orlando it’s about more than education—it’s about intentionality. ❤️
As a salon owner, I want my team to know they are seen, valued, and appreciated. Sometimes that looks like making sure there’s a quick breakfast before an early morning class, a late-night snack after a long day, or a swag bag filled with things chosen just for them.
Each member of our team is investing in themselves and their careers this weekend. They are giving up their time to learn, grow, and bring back new knowledge that will better serve our clients and community.
