⏰Time.. it's really hard to grasp the concept sometimes.. Today marks my 20th year of completing the Esthetics program at David Pressley (that's him in the photo, he was 100yrs old!)

Then: I really had no clue what I was going to do in the field but I knew I didn't want to work in a salon😄

Since I became pregnant in school (Vance was in my belly in this photo!), I didn't start working right away. So when I was ready to work about 18 months later, I found there were no listings for open positions anywhere near me😞

I wound up taking a chance and emailing one of the only 2 medspas in the entire downriver area. As fate would have it, their esthetician had just put in her two weeks notice and they would need a replacement.

Enhanced Skin Care Center/ ENH Skin Care Center welcomed me in, fostered my skills and knowledge, and became my work family- for 18+ years❤️ My time at ENH slowly became less and less, really only bc of logistics; after moving farther away and life changes. This past Friday was my final day there. It was bittersweet and still doesn't feel like it's over..

And now: Continuing my facial business in the heart of Mount Clemens, working at LifeTime Dermatology in Troy (I am learning SO much here and they are becoming like another family to me!) and continuing my education to further grow as an Esthetician.

The future: Unknown. (and I kinda like that)

I just Love my career!! I could never have guessed I'd still be in it this long and with possibly even more passion and excitement than when I started.

I am so grateful for it all 🥰
