Sleipnir Bodywork LLC

Celebrating the first ever Dolly Day!
The life this woman lead and her generosity will never be forgotten. Dolly is the person we should all aspire to be 🧡

October 9 — Tri-Star Horse Show
October 17 — Lazy J Schooling Show

I'll be offering equine and human bodywork throughout the weekend.

For the horses:

• Equine sports massage
• Focused bodywork for performance & recovery

For the humans:

• Sports massage
• Focused neck, shoulder & back work
• Assisted stretching & mobility
• Recovery-focused bodywork

Whether you're competing, supporting your horse, or spending the day at the show, come say hi—and take care of your body, too! 🏇

I'm excited to continue bringing bodywork into the equestrian community and connecting with riders and horses who want to feel their best both in and out of the arena.

Your Body Is Part of Your Performance

Whether you ride horses, work out, spend your day at a desk, or simply carry tension through your neck and shoulders, your body deserves attention, too.

Massage and mobility work aren't just about feeling good for an hour. They can be part of how you maintain your body, recover from activity, and stay connected to how you move.

🌟TN Horse friends🌟
You and your horse deserve bodywork.

Riding is physically demanding! Riders often deal with tight hips, sore backs, shoulder tension, and limited mobility.

As both a Licensed Massage Therapist and Equine Sports Massage Therapist, I understand the demands placed on both horses and riders.

I specialize in helping active bodies move and recover through:

✨️Sports Massage
✨️Thai Massage & Assisted Stretching
✨️Cupping
✨️IASTM
✨️Equine Massage
✨️Mobility & Flexibility

Because when you feel better and move better, you can focus more on enjoying time in the saddle.
