Kylie Long L.M.T. Hello there! In my massages I like to include techniques from many different types of massage depending on the needs of individual clients.
My name is Kylie I have always been interested in holistic medicine, more natural pathways to health, and the power of our bodies to heal themselves if given the right support and care. Massage is proven to boost immunity, improve circulation, reduce stress, help alleviate muscle pain, increase flexibility and joint mobility, and assist in injury recovery. (i.e. Swedish, Thai, Myofascial, Shiatsu, LomiLomi, Hot Stone, Deep Tissue, and Sports.) Every massage I offer comes with hot stones, hot towels, essential oil therapy, and a healthy complementary beverage.
