Your appointment is important to us.
We reserve this time especially for you 💕

We understand that sometimes situations occur and you may need to reschedule your appointment, but we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 48 hours notice so that your allocated time can be passed on to a client who desperately wants it.

Cancelling is very easy. You can phone us, or dm us on social media. **Please Note:** Our automated texting service is unable to receive replies. These messages are intended for appointment confirmations only. For questions, changes, or cancellations, please contact the salon directly.

POLICY:
⛔️ All appointments booked for 60 minutes or more will require a credit card on file.

⛔️ LATE CANCELLATION ( within 48 hours) will be charged 50% of the service fee to the card on file. NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED 100%. Your account may be placed on a hold list and unable to book further appointments without making a deposit.

⛔️ Select services will be subject to deposits, deposits are non refundable but redeemable towards the treatment originally booked for. These appointments maybe be rescheduled with a 72 hours notice. Deposits are applicable for 6 months, after 6 months they expire.

⛔️ LATE FOR APPOINTMENT may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation.

As a courtesy we send MULTIPLE texts to remind you of your appointment, however if we are unable to reach you please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time.

Over the last few years, we’ve transformed our salon from top to bottom, inside and out. We’ve renovated, refreshed, expanded our services, and grown as a team. With so much changing around us, it felt like the perfect time for our name to grow with us.
While our name is changing, the people behind it aren’t. Same team. Same location. Same services. Just a fresh new look and a new chapter.
