More heat doesn’t mean better results.
If there is one product out there, I will always say use a heat protector. Even if you don’t color your hair and use heat. You can still damage your hair.

Here’s the truth: there’s no magic number of days everyone should go between washes.
If you have an oily scalp, work out frequently, sweat a lot, or use a lot of styling products, you may actually need to wash more often.
If your hair is very dry, curly, coarse, or chemically treated, you may be able to go longer between washes.
And here’s something I really want you to remember: your scalp is skin. It needs to be clean and comfortable too.
You don’t get bonus points for going seven days without washing your hair. 😂
The goal is to find the washing schedule that keeps your scalp healthy and your hair manageable.
