I STARTED BACK LIFTING 👏🏾🏋🏾‍♀️
Liiiisssseeeen… getting back in the weight room has been challenging mentally and physically, but it feels GOOD to reconnect with this version of myself again. CAUSE I AM Strong! Focused! Disciplined!

One thing about me?
I’m learning that strong women don’t just survive pressure… we PUSH through it. 👏🏾

Every rep reminded me:

✨ You can be soft AND strong
✨ Healing and hustling can coexist
✨ Confidence is built one workout, one decision, one day at a time

Mental Health Awareness Month has really been reminding me that fitness isn’t just physical for me anymore… it’s therapy, release, discipline, and self-respect. 💚

And a lil shoutout to my husband because whew 😮‍💨… training with your man hits different when he’s pushing you yet encouraging you 🙄😮‍💨😍
Thank you for always reminding me I’m stronger than I think, babe.
Them push exercises were PUSHING ME right tho 😂😭💪🏾

let me be honest…

This journey is NOT just about weight.

Truth be told, I still fluctuate between 244–252 pounds.
But babyyyy… I look good.
I feel good.
And most importantly? I FEEL BETTER about ME.

Because transformation starts in your mind first.

It’s how you see yourself when nobody else is clapping.
It’s how you speak to yourself on hard days.
It’s choosing to stop tearing yourself down every time you look in the mirror.

These last 6 months have been about more than inches and numbers.
They’ve been about healing.
Confidence.
Mental strength.
Discipline.
Self-love.
And learning that I deserve to take up space unapologetically.

Fitness became part of my mental health journey.
Some workouts burned calories…
and some workouts burned stress, anxiety, frustration, and self-doubt. 💚

So no… I’m not chasing perfection.
I’m building a healthier relationship with myself.

And THAT is the real transformation. 🔥
