Most people think the whoosh is when you lose fat It’s not You probably lost the fat days ago, maybe even 1-2 weeks ago The whoosh is simply when the water your body has been holding onto decides to finally leave The issue? It’s that even though you look better, feel better, clothes fit that haven’t in weeks - you still only care about the number on the scale! The reality is, the scale will always take a few days, if not a couple weeks, to catch up. So don’t panic and start doing crazy stuff to accelerate the fat loss Stay patient and stick it out.
