We’re teaming up with Prince’s Hot Chicken for a social run you don’t wanna miss. Starting with a 2-mile run through Tanger — all paces, walkers, beginners, and runners welcome. Then we’re cooling down with good food, signature drinks, music, and community vibes at Prince’s.

Menu includes the Prince’s classics PLUS plant-based chicken sandwiches, fresh salads, and signature ARC-inspired drinks 👟🍹

Wall balls 🥵🏁

Probably one of the most underestimated stations in HYROX.

A few quick tips:

✅ Keep the ball close to your body
✅ Catch it high and let it guide you into your squat
✅ Breathe with your reps (don’t hold your breath)
✅ Find a sustainable rhythm early instead of sprinting the first 20 reps

The goal isn’t to move the fastest.
The goal is to keep moving.

Want to get better at wall balls?

Try incorporating:
🏋🏾 Front Squats
🏋🏾 Thrusters
🏋🏾 Goblet Squats
🏋🏾 Wall Ball EMOMs
🏃🏾 Compromised running into wall balls

Anybody can do wall balls fresh.

The challenge is doing them after 7 stations, a bunch of running, and a heart rate that’s already through the roof 😤

That’s where training comes in.
