Not many people know this, but I decided to move FAST in 2023 to Nashville on a Monday morning and by Friday at 4pm of the same week - I was in my new Nashville apartment😅

Within a week, I started considering the City Owner opportunity and by early June 2023, I was in and building this community to launch late 2023🫶🏼

The version of myself in 2023 could never have guessed where I’d be today in 2026. And for that, I’m immensely proud.

The reality is that sometimes we have to really step back and empty our plates in an intentional attempt to align.

When I picked “Alignment” as my Word of The Year in April (better late than never lol) I had no idea what that could end up meaning for me✨

Living with chronic illness is challenging so I’m stepping into a new chapter of really aligning for my health and well-being, rebuilding and aligning my career and nurturing personal relationships. My next chapter will still include TBB, just in a new way💕

And as I step back…
