Sweet Melissa Salon is looking for a dependable, positive, and detail-oriented Salon Operations Coordinator to help keep our salon running smoothly while creating an exceptional experience for both our clients and our team.

This is an operations-focused position that plays an important role in the success of our salon. While you’ll naturally gain exposure to the beauty industry by working alongside experienced stylists, this position is centered on salon operations and guest experience rather than stylist training.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting clients with a warm, welcoming attitude
• Shampooing clients before services
• Laundry and towel service throughout the day
• Cleaning and sanitizing salon stations and common areas
• Keeping the salon clean, organized, and stocked
• Preparing stations for appointments
• Maintaining inventory and replenishing supplies
• Supporting the overall flow and daily operations of the salon

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is dependable and punctual
• Has a positive attitude and enjoys helping others
• Takes initiative and doesn’t wait to be asked
• Is organized and detail-oriented
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• Takes pride in keeping a beautiful space looking its best

Your appointment includes:
• Brand new luxury extension hair
• Full one-row extension install
• Custom color blending
• Cut & style
• Before & after photos/videos

This is a student education model, meaning your installation will be completed by a trained stylist receiving advanced extension education under my direct supervision from start to finish.

It’s an incredible opportunity to receive a luxury extension transformation at a heavily discounted rate while helping another stylist perfect their craft.

Model Requirements:

✨ Comfortable being photographed and filmed
✨ Available on the scheduled class date
✨ Must return for one follow-up reinstall appointment as part of the training program

The follow-up reinstall is an important part of the certification process and is required for all selected models.

Models will be selected based on hair type and suitability for these looks.
