Beginning October 12th, we’ll be accepting donations in the leasing office of:

🥫 Canned & nonperishable food
🧥 New or gently used coats for kids & adults
🧸 Brand-new, unwrapped toys

Your donations will support local organizations serving families, children, and individuals right here in Middle Tennessee.

Whether it’s a few cans from your pantry, a coat your family has outgrown, or a new toy for a child — every donation can make a difference.

Stop by the leasing office to drop off your items and help us make this season a little brighter for our neighbors. ✨

💬 What is your favorite part about working at Whetstone?
Our team dynamic! We have the best team and we all work so well together.
💬What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I go to music festivals when I have the PTO and concerts when I don't. I also love crafts and hobbies and have way too many of them at one time.
💬What is your go to coffee or drink order?
A venti iced shaken espresso!
💬What is one leasing tip you think everyone should know?
Read your lease! It's a legal document and not just something you have to sign to get your keys!
