At our 5th Birthday Celebration, we invited guests to share some of their favorite memories from The Happy Hour.
Reading through these notes was a powerful reminder of how much this community has grown over the past five years. From meaningful conversations and personal breakthroughs to friendships, workshops, groups, and moments of connection, every memory reflects the people who have made this space what it is.
Thank you for being part of the journey. We’re honored to grow alongside you. 💙
Challenges with focus, organization, emotional regulation, school performance, work responsibilities, or daily life can stem from a variety of causes. An assessment can provide the clarity needed to better understand what’s going on and what support may be most helpful.
At The Happy Hour, we offer comprehensive ADHD and mood disorder assessments for children ages 8+ and adults. Through evidence-based testing and clinical evaluation, Brooke Rappaport, Ph.D helps identify strengths, challenges, and practical next steps for moving forward.
Whether you’re seeking answers for yourself or your child, understanding is often the first step toward a life where you can thrive.
