Hot stones are more than a relaxation treatment. 🔥🪨
Therapeutic heat increases local circulation and can help reduce muscle guarding and stiffness, allowing tense muscles to respond to massage with less resistance.
This means focused therapeutic work can often be accomplished with significantly less pressure.
More pressure doesn’t always mean more effective treatment. Sometimes, heat is the missing component.
I have several openings for mobile massage appointments over the next few days, whether you’re booking individually or for multiple people at the same location!

As a Milton resident and local small business owner, I recognize the devastation our community has experienced following the hurricane. My thoughts are with everyone facing damage, displacement, and the challenges of recovery.
The storm has also put my small business a little behind, and I would genuinely appreciate any appointments booked during this time.

Northwest Florida appointments are temporarily paused due to the hurricane.
In the meantime, I’ll be in the OCALA area with limited availability for mobile therapeutic massage, weather permitting. Feel free to reach out for scheduling!
I’ll be reaching back out to all Northwest Florida clients once the storm has passed and conditions are safe.
